Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the My Quick Plan mobile application ("App") operated by Quick Plan ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you must not access or use the App.​

1. Introduction
‍Welcome to the QuickPlan partnership program. By joining as a partner, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
‍Partners must operate a legitimate restaurant, activity, or service within the United Arab Emirates and meet QuickPlan's quality standards.

3. Content and Listings
- Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for their listings, including descriptions, operating hours, and contact details.
- QuickPlan reserves the right to edit or remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines or quality standards.

4. Promotions and Discounts
‍- Partners agree to offer QuickPlan users a minimum discount or promotional offer as agreed upon at the commencement of the partnership.
- All promotions must be honored by the partner for the duration specified.

5. Intellectual Property
- Partners grant QuickPlan a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the content provided for the purpose of promoting the partner's services on QuickPlan's platform and related marketing channels.
- QuickPlan trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the service are the property of QuickPlan and cannot be used without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality
‍Partners agree not to disclose confidential information acquired during the partnership, including user data and proprietary business insights, without QuickPlan's prior written consent.

7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice.
- Upon termination, partners must honor any pending reservations or promotions made through QuickPlan.

8. Liability and Indemnification
- Partners agree to indemnify QuickPlan against any claims arising from the partner's negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- QuickPlan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the partnership.

9. Amendments
‍QuickPlan reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

‍10. Governing Law
‍These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By becoming a QuickPlan partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
