Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the My Quick Plan mobile application ("App") operated by Quick Plan ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you must not access or use the App.​

1. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on a personal device for your personal, non-commercial use.​

2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights to use the App to another person.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.​

3. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quick Plan and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

​4. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you submit, post, or transmit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use, post, or transmit the User Content without violating any third-party rights.

​5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

​6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quick Plan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.​

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.​

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.​
